NCL Are Looking Forward

In April this year, NCL cruises announced that all cruises would be all inclusive and also include tips. A brilliant move from them. All clients will have the premium all inclusive drinks package and complimentary water in the cabin along with Lavazza speciality coffee served in the dining rooms. If you are lucky enough to stay in a suite or in any Haven accommodation you also qualify for 250 minutes of free wifi and on board credit. Not a bad move from them is it?

NCL have certainly done their homework as in the latest ABTA trend report it states that us Brits (25% to be precise) are thinking of taking an all inclusive holiday next year. They have also shown they are committed to the UK market as the Jade will be sailing from Southampton with roundtrip itineraries to Iceland, Norway, Portugal and a circumnavigation of the British Isles.  That’s not all!

In April of next year the new ship, the Bliss will be launched. This new ship will take 4,000 guests who will have the most fantastic entertainment on board in the shape of the Jersey Boys, Broadway musical along with a original Cuban themed show. The usual dining options will be on board along with a premium Mexican restaurant called Los Lobos (how original!), a chocoholic’s paradise called Coco’s and of course a branch of Starbucks coffee. Not forgetting the racetrack high above the ocean and games of laser tag, this ship is certainly sounding rather fab!  If you are interested in the Bliss she will be sailing around Alaska from June 2018 and then in the winter of 2018/2019 she will be sailing out of Miami around the Caribbean.

Another “new” for NCL will be the Sun sailing from Port Canaveral on 4 day cruises to Cuba and Key West (a nice add on to your Florida holiday).  NCL also have 3 ships in the Med for next year. The lovely Spirit (she is a favourite of alot of you) will be sailing from Rome on 10/11 day cruises. The Star is coming over from the USA and sailing from Venice for a number of Greek and Adriatic cruises and finally, the great Epic will once again be sailing from Barcelona and Rome, showing off the best of Italy, France & Spain.

If you have never tried a NCL cruise before, I am sure you will find one of the itineraries to match your needs and don’t forget that NCL have what they call the Freestyle choice of cruising. if you don’t like the dressing up on a cruise, then NCL are for you. it is very relaxed plus no set dining times either.

Lastly it is worth noting that if you book between now and the end of October there is a reduced deposit of only £50.00 per person!

Till next time x
