I’ve Passed !!!!
Not all of you will be aware but I have actually been a cruise agent now for well over 17 years and I’m always striving to make sure I have a very good knowledge of all cruise liners. Now all cruise lines have extensive online training courses and have put us (agents) to the test. They have brought out different modules and tests for us to achieve certain levels. And YES I have just passed all my tests with Avalon Waterways, Viking River Cruises and Riviera Travel. So I am now a fully certified agent for all brands. I will be displaying all certificates on my blog with pride, so next time you’re looking for a river cruise and need some help or advice you know where to come – ME!
