Who’s who at the Queen Elizabeth launch

As a big fan of the new Queen Elizabeth I have an inside roving reporter at the Oceans Terminal now and he has reported back with a list of who’s who at todays launch.

There are some very obvious names on here and a few surprise appearances too. I wonder how they chose the guest list.

Currently spotted are:

Judith Chalmers – its been years since she presented ‘Wish you were here’ but she’s obvously still influential
Jimmy Saville – he’ll be pleased to know that you can smoke on her balconies
Falklands Veteran Simon Weston
Esther Rantzen – TV & Radio presenter
Terry Waite – Hostage negotiator and former hostage
Robert Powell – Actor – Holby City and The Detectives
Liz Dawn – I wonder how her more famous charater Vera Duckworth would fit on Queen Elizabeth
Alan Titchmarsh – Celebrity Gardener and guest speaker on several Cruise.co.uk past and future voyages.

and of course…Her Majesty the Queen.

If you didn’t already know Queen Elizabeth is being named at 3.25 today and is expected to be broadcast across the world this evening.
