Would Brexit Have An Impact On Cruising?

So one of the biggest news stories at the moment is of course whether Britain will leave the EU in the upcoming referendum.

I have spoken to a number of people, friends, family, customers etc, and have heard arguments from both sides.

To be honest it’s all making me somewhat baffled!

Personally I’m not 100% sure which way to go, I can see positives and negatives from both outcomes.

However my main interest when something big like this happens, is of course my ability to earn money!

Now working in the cruise industry, it’s hard to see much good coming from Britain leaving the EU. New passports, airport and port changes, and surely higher prices?

I keep hearing about trade issues, and I wonder what kind of impact the potential Brexit would cause?

I’ve not read up enough, nor am I educated in politics and global economy to fully understand how it could affect my job!

So rather than a blog today, it’s more of a question which I would love to hear peoples thoughts on? Perhaps you could help me gain a better understanding of what would be better for the cruise market? Since ultimately, this will probably swing my final decision!
