The New Ships of 2016!

2016 is set to be a busy year for ship launches, with more and more ships launching every year they seem to get bigger and better each time!

It’s always an exciting time for the travel industry especially when we get the chance to visit the new ships and get a taste of what our customers can expect onboard!

Heres this year’s top new ships;

Holland America – Koningsdam                                                                                                                                                                                                                         She will be setting sail on her maiden voyage in April this year and is the newest ship to launch in the Holland America for quite a few years ! She will hold around 2,500 passengers and will feature a culinary arts centre, Greenhouse Spa and Salon, Duty free shops and the focus point will be the beautiful Atrium at the centre of the ship.

Royal Caribbean – Ovation of the Seas                                                                                                                                                                                                              This is the 3rd ship to join royal Caribbean new smart ships, along with her sisters Anthem and Quantum of the seas. Ovation will sail on her maiden voyage in April  also and she already has customers creating a stir who can’t wait to get on board, ,many of her sailings have already sold out! She will hold just over 4,000 passengers and will include facilities such as the legendary North Star, Bionic Bar , Rip Cord by I fly as well as the traditional experiences of the Flowrider and rock climbing walls.

Carnival Vista                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Carnival cruises newest ship is set to launch in May 2016, and Carnival cruises newest ships juts get better and better! She is set to be a ‘futuristic’ ship in the fleet with facilities including an LED column in the atrium, a sky ride plus the Kaleidoslide water slide. She will hold just under 4,000 passengers and is set to be a fantastic family friendly ship based in the Mediterranean!
