New fares on Cunard – Happy Customers!

So Cunard & P&O have changed their fare structure and I must admit I think it is about time….

I have some very special customers who travel 3/4 times a year on Cunard and they stay in the Princess Grill P2 suites, they usually book on board. I still get the booking as I am their preferred agent.

It was lovely to receive a phone call from them to advise me that due to to the new fare structure they have been given a complimentary upgrade as the fare has been reduced. This is the first time this has happened to any of my customers and I was as pleased as they were as you hear all the time that if fares are reduced then the customer beneifts – I thought it was a myth as I’d never experienced a fare reduction.

They have been lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a Queens Grill Q6 which is the lowest Queens Grill category of cabins on board Cunard. They are travelling on board Queen Victoria to the mediterranean next year and are looking forward to it more now they have Queens Grill experience to look forward to.
