A nice touch…..

In our day to day routine at cruise.co.uk when we answer a call we never know what it could be. It could be someone calling as a single passenger, a couple, families or large groups. Recently I had a client who was travelling with a large  group who have just returned from a cruise with Royal Caribbean to her husbands 50th Birthday. The group had started out with about 40 people and ended up with 54 so I was interested to see how they had got on. As part of out sales process we try and call as many passengers as we can before they travel to make sure everything is in order, and again when they come back to make sure everything went OK. When I called the client she couldn’t have praised Royal Caribbean enough as they all managed to dine together and when they went on excursions they managed to get them on the same coaches. This is always a concern when so many people are travelling together, that something may go wrong, but looks like Royal Caribbean did them proud. The lady was so excited she even sent  their group picture for me to see which I thought was a nice touch.
