P&O discounts on your excursions

I don’t really tend too get involved with shore excursions to much as generally at time of booking we give you a cruise line reference and then you can go onto your booking at leisure and add on excursions about 12 weeks before you travel.  This works well as people like to have a good look at what’s available and what suits them based on degrees of walking difficulties and ease.
However yesterday I had a call from one of my regular past passengers who was having troubles with his computer at home and wondered if I could help him.  I am always happy to help so logged on to his personaliser for him and went through to the excursions. Luckily my client knew exactly want he wanted to book so it was a case of me just adding them on for him.  What I didn’t realise was that when we went through to the basket at the end of the booking it also added on a 5% discount for being a loyalty member at Pacific level. I thought this was fantastic and saved my client over 4 excursions about £50.

P&O are wise to offer this discount as regular cruisers know excursions are not always the cheapest through the cruise line but a lot of people like to book with them to guarantee security and have an organised trip.  The tours offered by P&O suit all age’s interests and abilities ranging from leisurely sightseeing tours to lazy days on the beach.

I think pre booking the excursions is definitely the best idea as you know you are not going to miss out on any very popular tours and you have peace of mind that once on-board everything is taken care of and you can relax and enjoy your holiday. In the words of P&O there is a world out there so go and explore it and what a bonus that you can do it at a discount !
