And with news that Symphony could arrive earlier than the predicted date in April next year, details of the ship’s onboard features have been released!

Theatre fans will be over the moon to hear that Hairspray will be Symphony‘s Broadway-busting hit musical onboard! The big-hair favourite show will be returning to Royal Caribbean bigger and better than ever so make sure you set aside a night of your cruise for this.
The AquaTheatre never fails to amaze guests and this time you are promised out-of-this-world acrobatics and unexpected stunts right in front of your eyes. HiRO pushes the limits of you average theatrical production with its cutting-edge technology and jaw-dropping moves!
You can keep getting lost in another world with show after show onboard Symphony, and it won’t stop at its multimedia ice skating rink onboard either. Time-travelling hero, Tempest, takes him on a new adventure in 1977 London where the challenge is on to catch the thief who stole her Majesty’s Crown Jewels…

El Lco Fresh is for the Mexican lovers who are on the hunt for spicy, wild flavours. The classics will of course be on offer, from chicken enchiladas to tacos and beef burritos, with the mind-blowing sides of guacamole and tangy salsa verde.
Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade combines competition with mealtime so head here if you’re thinking about winning. You can watch your favourite team on screen or take to the arcade yourself with burgers, fries, popcorn shrimp, wings and ice cold beer on tap!
Sugar Beach is the spot to head to if you’re the one with the sweet tooth. Immerse yourself in all your favourite sweets, confections and ice cream with every flavour under the sun.

Your new check-in will instead involve a combination of facial recognition and bar codes so you’ll be boarding quickly with no problems whatsoever.
Just download Royal’s mobile app and upload your security selfie to create your onboard account in your own time from the comfort of your own home. Upon arrival, you’ll just go through a simple security screening before heading straight to your stateroom where your key will be waiting.

Symphony of the Seas is set to be the 25th ship in Royal Caribbean’s fleetand is due to set sail in April 2018, kicking off a summer season in the Mediterranean and calling on ports in Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca, Spain; Provence, France; and Florence/Pisa, Rome and Naples, Italy.
November 24th 2018 marks the day the 5,475-passenger ship will make Miami, FL her year-round home, sailing 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean voyages from the state-of-the-art new Terminal A at PortMiami.
