Who doesn’t think of shifting those excess pounds in January, after all the excess of Christmas?? Now I am sure that for a lot of us when we take a cruise holiday we start the holiday in our skimpiest outfits and finish the holiday with elasticated waists!!!! However, some friends of mine who have just returned from 2 weeks on Oasis Of the Seas actually ended up lighter than when they embarked. How did they manage it I hear you ask?
For starters, there’s a massive gym with a vast amount of equipment. There are spin classes to get your heart pumping. The ship is so big that just a little over two times around the track is a mile. There are sports zones as well as all the different neighbourhoods to walk through. There are pools, rock climbing, zip lines and a minature golf course. So rather than rolling off at the end of your cruise you can jog down the gangway with your head high!!!
