Silver Service

I’ve had many customer’s asking me about the Silver service on P&O and how they are very disappointed that they have taken this away.

People can look at it too ways, yes some people do really like this service some customer won’t even book if a cruise line doesn’t have this, some customer prefer how some cruise lines have changed this that your food comes out with everything on that you have asked for. I’m a bit mixed about it I wouldn’t not go on a cruise line just because of the silver service but then I wouldn’t not go on a cruise cause it had silver service. I’ve been reading many reviews about it people saying that the new way will waste food, I don’t think that make a difference if people are like me I have eyes bigger than my belly but I do always try and eat it all.

Some cruise lines P&O for instance are saying that it’s better for the customer as there food will reach them at room temperature and they will have better flavours I can kind of agree to some extend. But on the other hand I know many of my customer’s are missing this service, will cruise lines change there minds are cruise lines changing too much about what they are about and how they was many years ago.

What are your thoughts do you think cruise lines are going down a very different angle than what they used to be about or do you think it’s changed for the better. Let me know your thoughts on this.
