Tui branch out into river cruises

Very exciting news this week that Tui will be launching 3 new river cruise ships for summer 2020

The ships will be a really good size offering 7-night itineraries for adults only

The new ships will be exclusive to the British market, so only sales made in the UK.

The ships will hold 155 passengers and sail along 3 different rivers. The Danube, the Rhine and Main and Moselle.

River cruising is very popular and we find that many cruises get booked up so quickly.

I think Tui are making their move at the best time when it is getting more popular and we all want the reassurance that we will get the best value for money and have a great holiday!

The prices will start from £1099pp and include tips as standard. There is no mention of drinks as yet.

Everyone will also receive £120 credit to spend on excursions or bike hire

I am interested to find out about flights. I wonder if they will use TUI flights and charter aircraft or even if they will offer regional flights.

The sister company, Marella cruises offer an all-inclusive cruise so it would be nice to have a similar product.

The ships will offer many different cabin types starting with a standard outside cabin and superior and also suites with a balcony. Single cabins will also be available.

All 3 ships will have the main dining room and a more casual option and a barbecue area outside.

There will also be a spa and whirlpool

I think Tui will bring a fresh new approach to river cruising and it sounds like they will be very affordable.
