You CAN go solo!

Cruising is one of the easiest way of holidaying and making new friends if travelling on your own.

Lots of people happily travel alone every time, but if you’re new to this, maybe if your circumstances have changed, it can still be daunting to take that first step. It may be the first time that you’ve had to choose your trip alone and even that is not easy. Another new  thing to consider are the often very hefty and off-putting single supplements.

Norwegian Cruise Line may well have the answer for you with their chic, award- winning Studios on board Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Getaway and Pride of America.

The studio cabins are rather compact but as they are designed for just one person, they seem to be adequate. One of the features is a queen sized bed so if you compare this to other lines where a single cabin means a single bed, you can appreciate more the size of the studios.

The corridor of studio cabins is only accessible by your keycard and so only fellow occupants can enter this area and, as a real added bonus, there is the Studio Lounge where you can sit quietly or meet other single travellers. Any exclusive lounge area on a large and busy ship is always an added bonus.

These cabins are designed as singles, there is NO SINGLE SUPPLEMENT so making them very affordable.

If you fancy seeing if anyone else wants to join you to watch one of the fabulous shows on board why not write a note on the whiteboard in the lounge or suggest sharing a taxi in one of the ports of call?
