Things to make you Smile

1. Finding money in a pocket in something you havn’t worn for ages (put in holiday fund).
2. Traffic lights being green.
3. Scoring a direct hit with a scrunched up piece of paper in a waste bin.
4. The queue you’ve chosen to join moves the quickest.
5. Finding change left in a vending machine (holiday fund).
6. Being late for work to discover the boss is running even later (keep them sweet, you may need to book time off).
7. Sunshine is forecast and both appears and stays for the day (still better to be practically guaranteed on a Caribbean cruise).
8. Perfect parallel parking and being observed doing it.
9. Getting a free upgrade (this happens fairly frequently with cruises).
10. Discovering something you have gone to buy is actually cheaper than advertised (this happens very frequently with cruises).
11. Getting “free stuff” (such as free parking with your cruise booking).
12. Someone else deciding what’s for dinner and preferably cooking it (cruise??)

Ok so it’s still dull old January but let’s keep positive and keep smiling. I think you get the picture…you need something to look forward to.
