Exciting May and June for me.

It is that time of year when we here at Cruise.Co.UK get asked to partake in some amazing Educational trips. Some of these may be anything from a day ship visit, an overnight on board to anything as long as two weeks including tours. We are allocated these depending on how experienced we are and what we need to know to further that experience. The more ships we try ourselves the better our advice is to our customers. We can give first hand opinions and personal views. The Cruise lines give fantastic training but nothing is better than the real thing.

So this month is all about the Harmony of the Seas to many of us although I will not be experiencing her myself but I must say my colleagues who are are really excited. I am attending what Princess Cruise Lines call Academy at Sea which is 3 nights on board learning all about the Princess product. Wow what better way to spend 3 nights. Along with a few other Cruise.Co colleagues we will spend our days in workshops and evenings sampling the entertainment, leisure facilities and of course the food and the various types of staterooms. A full report will follow on my return.

Then June 16th I will be flying to Rome to join the Azamara Journey for a whole 7 nights. Now this will be so different for me as I have never sailed with Azamara before and never on a small luxury ship with under 700 passengers. The smallest I have experienced is 2500 so I am very excited about this opportunity and truly appreciate the confidence my Mangers have in me to offer me this. As the Journey is so small she can sail into the tiny ports I have always wanted to see such as Sorrento, Amalfi and Toarmina, I can hardly contain myself.azamara-quest-e1448881047807

I will also tell you all about this too, well you try stopping me. My daughter has shown me how to use a selfi stick (I know it is so simple) so I will also bombard you with photos of me on the ship, me in port, me drinking wine which is included by the way and me just enjoying this fantastic Cruise Ship. Be warned.
