All about Me.

I thought this week I would chat about me and how things are going here at Cruise.co.uk. I am sure those of you who have been with me from the vary start almost 11 months ago remember how nervous I felt about the change I was making in my life. From my little bubble at Thomas Cook to this big wide world of Cruise, Blogs and Social Media, I was terrified.

Friends said “will you be lonely working from home”, “we will never see you” etc but just to let everyone know it has been amazing. I have learnt so much so fast and have a fantastic back up of Team Managers and work colleagues. I also feel now that I am starting to bond with several customer who are now booking second and third cruises with me already (You all know who you are). So no! it is not lonely you can still  have a good customer relationship even over the phone.  I have had some wonderful reviews posted on my blog and at times of stress that is what has kept me going so thank you all for that.  I am still a little bit confused on the social media side but I think I have managed to pull the wool over their eyes.  If you believe that you obviously don’t know James who has been so patient with me.

I will be very lucky this month and will be doing a ship visit. Not just any old ship, no The Queen Victoria I am so excited about that and I am sure a blog will follow on from that day. Then even better in June a 4 night River Cruise although it will have several hours of training it will be a memorable experience so again I will write all about that too.bruges me and kathryn
