Nightmare excursions

Yep I hear you, purchasing a tour on board your cruise can be a daunting and expensive past time, I have lost count the amount of times I have heard from passengers how expensive they are. You get greeted with a lovely glossy brochure in your cabin and you know you pick it up and read it before you head off to use the toilet, probably the only thing worth doing with them too be honest (bit harsh) takes up a bit of time whilst you await your first of drop off !! On reading through the brochure I’m guessing you glance to the prices of most of the tours and think to yourself “Are you aving a larf” £250pp for a coach tour around the local towns shopping centre. Any ways for some reason you carry on reading through knowing that you might be on the toilet a little longer than normal. The brochure has some lovely pictures promoting best it can your day in Gibraltar, jeez the really need to push out the boat to make that place exciting ! Surprisingly it still manages to catch your attention and the next day you find yourself at the shore excursion desk booking 2 places on the “Best Of Gibraltar” tour, I reckon the best part of the tour will be arriving back at the ship so that you can head off to the restaurant to fill your boots. Lets face it BHS is the same whether its in Romford or Chelmsford.
