RAW DEAL !!!!
On Friday P&O and Cunard’s launched their spectacular free upgrade from an inside cabin to a balcony. Pay for an inside – get a balcony.
Now, this was supposed to be a spectacular sale for passengers BUT after doing a lot of searches on these offers I found that they already had better deals on their getaway offers, which yes a lot of them are on a guarantee (the cruise line allocate your cabin) basis BUT still saving passengers at least £150per person on the sale offers they had just launched. I did find a good offer on the Oceana departing on the 10th July 2012 for 12 nights which you had a saving of £200per person.
As an agent I am always trying to find the best deals for my customers but it’s a bit difficult when the cruise liners are advertising these as “new” spectacular offers.
Which being honest don’t look like they are savings at all. This can be confusing for the passengers to look on our website and see so many different prices for the same cabin grade.
Why can’t they just make it simple for everyone ????
