They have all the equipment that major sports clubs do: weight machines, free weights, stationary spin bikes, stair steppers, treadmills, sauna, whirlpool, steam room and thermal suites. All the latest classes, from Pilates to spinning to kick-boxing, for all levels. Classes include: Aerobics in Motion, Pathway to Yoga, Shape Up/Pump Up, Wheels in Motion, Total Body Conditioning, Wake Up/Shape Up, Vitality Stretch, Pathway to Pilates, Body Sculpt Boot Camp and Gravity. Plus a sweeping ocean view that extends for miles, so you can enjoy the view whilst your training hard!
Each have 9,700-square-foot fitness centres. They have a state of the art cardio, circuit training machines, spinning cycles, weight training , a Pilates studio, a full sized boxing ring, heavy bags and padded punching gloves. All cardio machines have personal LED screens for entertainment whilst keeping fit. Classes they also offer include step aerobics, yoga, pilates, stretching, tai chi, boot camp and indoor cycling. Other equipment they have on board is Power-Plate, a device based on reflex technology. I’ve tried the Power Plate but wasn’t very good at it haha, apparently they are supposed to be really good, but you do need advice first before you try. think my personal trainer needs to help me through this one.
