I Am Not A Robot

In a world of computer generated voice connected answering services isn’t it always nice to get through to a human!

I dread calling my gas supplier, it is so frustrating ‘press 1’ then ‘press 10’ then ‘press  1 again’, it drives me mad!

I think this is why this job is so rewarding and why I have clients that I have been booking holidays and cruises for for over 15 years

Other than your dentist or your hairdresser or optician who you probably would stay with the same person for many years, I can’t think of anything else that you would buy or even a service where you would go back to the same company and the same sales person every time, year after year, even as I have moved from other companies my clients have come with me!

I love the fact that my clients can make a comment on my blog if they are happy with the service I have given, it makes doing my job even more rewarding when an email drops into my inbox with ‘New Feedback’

We live in a world where exceptional customer service should be standard but unfortunately I can remember good experiences on one hand and not such stand out examples are far more common – don’t even get me started on Asda Home Delivery!

I do believe that as a rule people buy from people not always for the lowest price, I always try to think of what I would do in a certain situation and I would be far more likely to buy from a person who made me smile or has a nice voice or a friendly attitude, what do you think? what is your deciding factor??
