Disneyland Paris…… Wow

^^^^^ I PROMISE CONNOR MY SON HAD A GOOD TIME DESPITE HIS FACE LOL

Finally we have been to Disney !!!

Whats a fantastic 2 nights my Family and I Just had at Disneyland Paris. I traveled with my Husband, Son Connor My parents and my brother Paul who is 23 and has severe learning difficulties. He has always been a huge Disney Fan with snow white being his favorite. He asked about her every hour from the minute we got to Glasgow airport at 9am on Friday Afternoon until 4pm on Saturday when we finally saw her in the Parade. It was just magical and he was so excited. My 7 year old loved the parade too, he said his favorite was Ariel.

I underestimated how long it would take to get around both parks, we didn’t do much planning which he should have before we arrived.  We started at Disney Studios and went in for the kill with our first ride on the Hollywood Twilight zone tower of terror, this for me is the scariest ride i have ever been on and my son was absolutely screaming in fear, i felt terrible for him but then again it was his idea to go on as some of his friends have been on it before. I don’t think its what he expected and we didn’t really go on another big ride the whole weekend, scarred for life i think !!!!

It was such a busy weekend, the park was almost at capacity, the some of the ride queues had a 100 min wait, we couldn’t justify waiting this long so went on the rides that were approx 30/40 mins wait. By the late afternoon of day 2 my son was complaining of sore feet and tiredness, he just refused to go on any more ride. We managed to watch the parade and then we headed back to our hotel, the explorers and done a bit of swimming. The hotel was fantastic and had excellent kids facilities such as swimming pool with slides and tipping bucket, soft play and outdoor pirate ship park. The hotel wasn’t on site but there was a complimentary bus that ran every 15 mins to the park and back.

I would 100% go back but i think it would be better to do 4 nights with half days at the park, full days are just too long for children, even my feet hurt !!! Hoping to head to Orlando in a few years when my son is older and tall enough for all the rides.

Overall a fantastic magical experience.
