Broadway and West End hit the high seas…….

 

 

Broadway and West End shows are on the open seas….
Royal Caribbean has announced that We will Rock You will be the main show on board Anthem of the Seas from April 2015.

The long-running Queen tribute musical , which only ended its 12-year run in London’s West End in May this year  will be showing on the Southampton-based ship from April 2015.

 

The West End show is joining many of the theatre hits to now set sail and thrill audiences whilst at sea….

Mama Mia is due to be the showcase theater on board Quantum of the Seas where guests will be able to enjoy the amazing Abba songs and sing along to hits such as Dancing Queen and  Take a chance on me, two of my favourites….

 

Royal Caribbean have already brought some of these shows to the high seas before with Chicago and Hairspray proving popular  and filling the theatres.

 

 

 

 

 

Other shows that are on the seas are:

Norwegian Cruise Lines have the Legally Blonde and Rock of Ages shows on board the Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Breakaway .

Whats happened to the old cruise ship crooner?

The shows are professional productions and some have the original cast performing to wow us whilst on board………….I’m waiting for Les Miserables to get my other half to watch it with me, he cant turn down a cruise now can he  ????
