Why would you book a cruise through me?

Yes, why would you? After all, there are dozens of cruise agencies out there employing hundreds of agents, all of whom would be more than happy to book your next cruise, even offer you some discount, but let me ask you this – how well would they look after you once they had taken your money?

Unfortunately this is where many companies fall well short – good old fashioned customer service. They take your money, and then they seem to forget about you, you are on your own.
Not so here at cruise.co.uk. We pride ourselves in offering the very highest level of customer service which is why we have such a loyal client base. We have clients who have been booking with us since our company began 27 years ago, and they wouldn’t dream of booking elsewhere.
From your first enquiry, right through the booking process, the lead up to your cruise, I will be at the end of the phone or just an email away. Even when I’m not in the office  I pick up my emails of an evening at home and on days off and if I can’t answer your query there and then I’ll deal with it as soon as I am back in the office. I’ll even send you a Welcome Home letter that will be waiting for you on your return, and yes, please feel free to give me a call and let me know how your cruise went – feedback is so important to me as thats how I get the real high down on the low down! Good or bad, it all helps to build up the general picture. If you have an urgent query and I’m not around then one of my colleagues will help you out beacause here at cruise we look after each others clients in our colleagues absence,
