Fancy Food and Fun Food Cruise Ship Style!

As I was slapping my bangers and mash onto a plate last night, with little or no finesse, my mind wandered off to some of the food I’ve seen on cruise ships – not what you are actually served in the restaurants but the food creations that adorn the buffet counter or the gastronomic delights that the Chefs create for Gala Night.
I’ve seen all sorts of ‘food art’ ranging from the bizarre to the fabulous. I look at these works of art on ships and think that I really must make more of an effort with the presentation of my evening meal!
