Walk on Water with Celebrity Cruise Lines……………..
Yes it’s true, you really will be able to walk on water! Celebrity cruise lines are introducing a number of exciting changes and new features across their fleet and one of the things they are introducing is Water Walkerz – think giant human hamster ball on water!
These giant balls allow you to run, roll, flip and spin without geting wet at all and are suitable for all ages. They are tremendous fun and add yet another dimension to water based activities at sea, I think it’s interesting that Celebrity have introduced them before Royal Caribbean, their more family orientated sister company.
From experience, pools on ships are not exactly Olympic sized so it will be interesting to see how they plan to fit these in, whether they will have Water Walkerz sessions, otherwise taking your morning dip could be pretty hazardous!
I can’t wait to hear from someone who has tried on of these out. I’d love to have a go!

As a frequent Celebrity cruiser, I find this proposal a very good reason for finding another cruise line. Lets look at the facts, the vast majority of big X passengers are of the more mature variety (as is the writer)who will not be able to cope with this type of equipment which is more suited to the fun ships of Royal Carribean.
I will certainly not cruise on any ship that will fill the pools up with equipment which will degrade the enjoyment of the pool and poolside.
