The Escape has launched!

After much anticipation the new Norwegian Cruise liner ship the ‘Escape’ has now launched and set sail on her maiden voyage.

NCL cruises previous array of cruise ships that have launched have been absolutely fantastic and amazing ships, I have been lucky enough to sail on the last 3, the Epic, Breakaway and Getaway and the Escape was set to be even better with more innovation and excitement onboard!

She will be based year round out of sunny Miami and transporting guests on beautiful Caribbean itinerary’s weekly, and will carry just over 4000 passengers with a tonnage off 164000.

The ship is perfect for families and couples alike and guests can expect to find a waterpark with 4 waterslides on deck, as well as an array of dining experiences including 2 restaurants from award winning chef Jose Garces, and a new hip beer hall called The District Brew House as well as the ever popular Margaritaville! After dark you can head down to the theatre to watch the Broadway hit musical After Midnight or an evening of comedy at Headliners Comedy Club.

Personally, I love Norwegian cruise liner. The new ships are amazing with fantastic facilities and so much even choice for dining and entertainment and a plus to me are the watersides, great for an afternoon of fun! Also you can expect to find a more relaxed atmosphere on board, there are no formal evenings which is a very popular attraction for many customers who don’t fancy the whole tuxedo and ball gown thing!
