Dublin Here We Come!

Would you believe it, I have travelled all around the world to an array of exotic countries but I have never been to Ireland ? Until now!

This weekend we have our annual conference which is onboard Cruise and Maritime,s ship the Marco Polo for 3 nights which includes an overnight in Dublin! This is perfect for a first timer like myself to explore what I have heard is a beautiful city. An overnight stay will also let us sample the local nightlife too , I have heard many bars have local singers and musicians playing which sounds great! I already have thew Guinness factory tour booked up, what else would you recommend?

Another first for me is Cruise and Maritime, I have sailed on so many ships the list is endless but not once have I ever stepped foot onboard a Cruise and Maritime ship, with 6 ships in there fleet the Astor, Astoria, Columbus, Magellan , Vasco Da Gama and the Marco Polo which I will be sailing on , it will be great to get a feel of the brand , as generally if you have been on one ship this will give you an idea on the others in the fleet, Things such as the ships decor , service and more importantly the food! Cruising is all about the food right? Well it is for me!

Once we return I will update you on my thoughts on Cruise and Maritime, they have many repeat customers so my expectations are pretty high for a great experience onboard , I currently class them to be similar to Fred Olsen maybe who ive sailed with a few times now so lets compare and see how the Marco Polo holds up , I will post an array of photos on my return Im sure!
