Nearly 3 years with cruise.co.uk

I cant believe it is nearly 3 years since I started working for cruise.co.uk and what and adventure it has been.

Before starting work for cruise.co.uk I worked for Kuoni travel for 3 years and before that Thomas cook for nearly 7 years. I had plenty of travel experience however not specifically with cruise and no experience working from home. People would say to me dont you think you will get cabin fever. Wont you be bored etc. I was a bit sceptical myself as I am the sort of person who likes to be kept busy. If you like to be busy. This is the place to work. It is non stop 100 miles per hour all the time and I love it.

In the 3 years I have been here I have built up a very good database of new customers and repeat business which I appreciate so much. (Please keep coming back to me.) You have outbound calls, inbound calls, Facebook and blogs to keep on top off. As well as doing your own Rota. It is just like running your own business, however you have so much support around you. From your managers to the other staff and the operations department helping you with your admin Queries. This frees up your time to help customers find the perfect holiday. I have hundreds of reviews rating my service. So I must be doing something right.

Cruise.co.uk is the largest online cruise company in Europe and it is just getting bigger and better. We have new systems in place to enable us to give even better service. 70 percent of our customers will come back to us again which is amazing.

So I wanted to say thank you to all the customers and staff that have made my time and cruise.co.uk so enjoyable. I hope that the next 3 years will be as good as the first.
