A Quantum leap of faith!

We have all heard of the new and amazing innovative new ideas that will be coming soon on the new Quantum Class ships. I wondered how easy it would be to recreate some of them so here goes!

Royal Caribbean have tried to simplify the process when it comes to their Quantum Class ships by making your holiday start at home, you can take care of all documentation online including uploading your own photo and receiving digital confirmation.

This Smart Check In system should make it  10 minutes from pavement to ship with no check in counter, no forms to fill out and no lines to wait in.

I am not 100% convinced my family and I would be allowed on with these pictures though!

Once on board if we are allowed with these strange faces it will be straight to our virtual balcony cabin.

The closest I got to recreating this was my husband sat outside the patio doors in his pyjamas partaking of a cigarette although that would not even be allowed on a proper balcony.

Once settled in then its time to explore and I know for a fact that all the boys would love to have a go at iFly by Ripcord which is the equivalent of skydiving in a virtual wind tunnel.

Now this was by far the hardest to recreate and at one point I did get Frazers Fireman’s helmet stuck on my head and slightly panicked over images of A & E! I have to say it was not very comfortable although I am sure the real thing is much better.

All being said i do think the ship looks amazing and here are a few images that I could not recreate to pique your interest.

And finally a picture of the ship itself.

What do you think? Would you give it a try?
