Freedom of the Sea’s Implement Large Outside Cabins

So today I learned that the freedom of the seas will be implementing new cabin’s on deck 12. As you can see from the deck plans below this is what the Freedom of the seas currently looks like on deck 12. There are no cabins what so ever on deck 12.

Today after looking into a cruise for one of my customers it said that the grade F large outside cabins were on deck 12. I had to look twice as I looked at my 2015/2016 Royal Caribbean brochure and it still shows no cabins on deck 12.

I then thought this maybe an error on their website. I then decided to call through and double check as my customer was looking to book. Royal Caribbean have said that they will be implementing some of the large outside cabins on the freedom of the seas and the cabins will now appear on deck 12.

Firstly, I am not sure if customers will want to be so close by to the Vitality at sea spa due to noise pollution and secondly will customers want to be so high up on what I class as the lido deck with all the pools, solarium, movie screen and Plaza bar?

Although saying that my customers were very impressed when I booked them that they were so high up as he has previously booked large outside cabins with Royal Caribbean to be on lower decks. So is this a good or a bad thing, down to personal preference really? What are your thoughts?
