Anthem of the Seas Feedback on Dynamic Dining

When Anthem of the seas set sail on her maiden voyage earlier this year in April 2015 the general feedback from customers is that she is perhaps the most advanced ship at sea with the best technology on-board for both customers and crew alike.

However some customers have had some negative points raised with the dynamic dining saying it just wasn’t for them and they would prefer the traditional dining of a 1st or 2nd seating in one main restaurant. However Royal Caribbean wants to ensure they please all of their guests on-board by giving them the choice of restaurants and available times to dine giving them the opportunity to dine when it pleases them so they can arrange other activities after eating.

The more and more customers I now speak to seem to really enjoy this aspect of the cruise saying its gives them the freedom to dine where and when they want and can also pay a very small supplement to dine in the specialty restaurants.

It seems that Royal Caribbean have done it again to win around customers as it has come a long way from customers not being completely comfortable with the whole dynamic dining to now having the majority of guests saying this is what they like about the cruise giving them ample opportunities to dine when it suits them.

A lot of families I speak to that have cruised with Anthem of the seas say that they probably will now stay cruising with Royal Caribbean due to the freedom of dining where and when they want and the multiple activities and entertainment that suits all the adults and children.

Well done to Royal Caribbean for following this new regime and keeping it to a style that the majority of guest now really love.
