Fred Olsen to introduce kids clubs!

Fred Olsen Cruises have recently announced that during peak holiday season they will be introducing the Little Skippers kids clubs across all four ships Balmoral, Boudicca, Braemar and Black Watch

Children between 5-11 years will be kept entertained  by a friendly team who will provide both day time and evening activities such as Discos, crafts, treasure hunts and even separate kids pool times.

Those with children under 5 are welcome to participate under the supervised of parents.

Fred Olsen’s head of sales Neil Herbert said: “We welcome many multi-generational families on-board our ships and we appreciate that it can be difficult to find a holiday to suit all ages. We are therefore very happy to be unveiling our ‘Little Skippers’ club.

“Parents or grandparents can indulge in a spa treatment, relax by the pool, or sip on a cocktail in the lounge, safe in the knowledge that their children will be looked after by our team of creative and professional hosts.”

I think this is a great move on Fred Olsens part and will prove very popular as not everyone wants to travel the more commonly know family friendly ships and this offers guests a nice alternative. All the comfort of a smaller ship but giving parents the chance to relax for a few hours knowing the children are being well taken care of.
