Happy New Year !

Christmas has come and gone and, as I am writing my New Year`s blog, I have just watched the first celebrations of 2015 in Auckland and Sydney. As usual both looked fabulous and soon it will be London`s turn.

My wish for a white Christmas didn’t quite come true but it very nearly did! No one believed me when we arrived in North Wales for Christmas that it was going to snow on Boxing Day! Rubbish they all said but who was right – me !! It snowed all afternoon and evening, so much that the mountain roads around Llangollen and Ruthin were blocked.

The famous Horseshoe Pass was impassable and  the dogs had to make do with a quick run around the garden. More snow the next day , making the roads treacherous, it amazing to think that one minute it was all fine and sunny and the next white and icy. The journey home on Sunday took ages but the further south we travelled the better the roads became.

It seems like I have been away from the office for ages and now there is just today and tomorrow left. I `ll be back at my desk on Friday morning so all that’s left to say for now is a very ” Happy New Year ” to everyone and I`ll be here to help you look forward 2015 soon.
