In the blink of an eye it’s over

Well I’m sure that most of you will feel exactly the same about 2020 being over !! How quick did it go though ? I hope you are all safe ?
For me last year was quite possibly the worst year of my life , my dream job did a full 360 degree turn around and you all know how much I love my job !! It was one thing after another in my personal life also , my parents being stuck out in Lanzarote for 6 months my dog, husband and father in law all being ill has quite literally taken up the whole of the year and actually a blessing we didn’t have too much planned although what we did was all cancelled.

As always I try and find the positives though and although I have worked all year it has been great to spend more time with my children who have got me through the tough times, I have finally had a new roof put in my office and it’s freshly decorated.

I have started running again alongside carrying on doing all my gym classes but now from home. My son did really well in his GCSE’s and obtained an apprenticeship and is loving it. In my spare time I have now become a driving instructor as my son turned 17 in October ( the grey hair isn’t necessarily down to my hairdresser being closed ).

I also gave in not long before Christmas to my daughter allowing her to get a puppy and after the year we have had we thought he might bring us some well deserved smiles …. well thats what I hoped for , do not be fooled by the cuteness of the photo as he is a little whirl wind !!! This is Freddy erm my Grandson a little French bull dog.

Anyway a quick hello from me and I would like to wish you all a very happy and healthy new year !! I cannot wait until we can cruise again and I can get all my lovely customers back on board and sailing to their dream destinations.
