For those of you who would love to get married but the average cost of £15,000 is just way out of budget for you then have you ever thought of getting married at sea.  This week I booked a couple on to the P&O Arcadia and along with booking the cruise we also booked their wedding on-board and I was pleasantly surprised at what good value it was. P&O offer the wedding package for the happy couple at a fantastic £1500.  The wedding must take place on a sea day and included the following:

Nowadays weddings in the UK can be such a huge and lavish affair and costs can really spiral out of control. If you get married at Sea you have your wedding and honeymoon combined in one, the flexibility to have as many or as little of friends and family to come and join you on-board to celebrate your special day. I think it’s lovely that you have a few days on-board relaxing enjoying the cruise and preparing and then the wedding is all organised and ready for you half way through.

There are extra benefits for larger parties as well for parties of 16 or more the bridal couple will have extra on-board  credit for their cabin and also up to 3 free cabins for every 20 booked.
