P&O Cruises Reveal Details Of New Summer 2025 Itineraries

The time has finally arrived! Get ready to plan your next sailing with P&O Cruises, following the latest reveal of their summer 2025 itineraries.

With plenty of new programmes amongst the spectacular fleet for the 2025 summer season, there truly is something for everyone. From Mediterranean maiden calls in Motril and Malaga, to the beautiful settings of Norway and its Fjords, which sailing will you choose?

Let’s find out exactly where the P&O Cruises fleet are visiting in Summer 2025…

Arvia

New for summer 2025, Arvia’s Mediterranean sailings will feature two new maiden calls at the ports of Toulon and Malaga, replacing Marseille and Valencia which featured in Arvia’s summer 2024 itineraries.

Arvia’s programme will continue operating with 14-night Western Mediterranean cruises, featuring two different types of itinerary types- all visiting six ports across the 14 nights.

Option one sails to Italy, Spain and France, with headline calls to La Spezia and Barcelona. Alternatively, option two will not include Italy, and will be sailing to Spain and France- featuring headline calls in Malaga and Barcelona.

Both Arvia itinerary options will depart from Southampton between March and October during the Summer 2025 period.

Iona

Following successful calls in 2022, Iona will continue its Norwegian Fjords programme between April and September, including spectacular scenic cruising.

Itineraries will feature calls to UNESCO listed Hellesylt and Flaam, as well as Olden, Alesund, and the Norwegian towns of Stavanger and Haugesund.

All Summer 2025 Iona sailings will depart from Southampton between April and September.

Britannia

At the core of Britannia’s summer 2025 programme, itineraries will consist of 7-night Norway Fjords and new 14-night Northern Europe and Scandinavia cruises- featuring a highlight two-day call to either Copenhagen, Helsinki or Stockholm.

As a P&O Cruises flagship, Britannia will celebrate its 10th Anniversary with a 14-night British Isles cruise, including calls to Belfast and an overnight call to Liverpool.

Britannia will also sail three 14-night Mediterranean Island cruises in the peak summer season. These will replicate the 2024 itineraries, with a primary focus on the Balearics, calling at Palma and Ibiza. Two of these itineraries include an overnight call in Palma, and the third stretching across to Cagliari in Sardinia with one day calls to Palma and Ibiza.

New for the Britannia’s 2025 summer season is a 14-night ‘hybrid’ cruise, featuring calls to Norway’s Fjords as well as Scandinavia. This sailing will also include a two-day call to Denmark’s capital, Copenhagen.

For the 7-night Norwegian Fjords itineraries, ports of call will include Nordfjordeid, Andalsnes, Skjolden and Kristiansand on selected cruises, differentiating them from Iona’s Norway sailings.

All Britannia cruises for summer 2025 will depart from Southampton between April and October.

Azura

For Azura sailings in summer 2025, new overnight calls in Valetta have been added to itineraries in March and April.

The ship will continue to operate Europe Fly, including a combination of Western, Central and Eastern Mediterranean programmes from Malta every Thursday. Guests will also still have the option to choose either 7 or 14 night holidays. Four of these 7-night cruises will feature two full days in Malta, allowing guests more time to experience the diverse history, culture and beaches.

For the Western Mediterranean itineraries, Civitavecchia will feature as a headline call, alongside shore experiences to Monte Carlo from Villefranche. The Eastern Mediterranean programme includes selected calls to Ephesus and the stunning Greek Islands of Mykonos and Santorini.

On Azura’s Central Mediterranean itineraries, Kotor has been added to a select three sailings for the first time since 2019. Guests on these sailings will also call at Trieste and Dubrovnik.

Azura summer 2025 cruises will depart from Valetta between March and October.

Ventura

Ventura’s focus will continue to be primarily on the Canary Islands and Iberia. Itineraries will include 14-night Atlantic Island cruises, 7 and 10 night Southern Cruise Breaks, and 4 night short breaks to Amsterdam.

P&O Cruises has designed this programme with an extended target audience in mind, with prolonged calls in both Lisbon and Amsterdam.

All summer 2025 Ventura sailings will depart from Southampton between April and October.

Arcadia & Aurora

As mid-size ships, Arcadia and Aurora will both continue to appeal to P&O Cruises’ most loyal guests by delivering a diverse mix of durations and destinations: ranging from Norway, to New York and the Greek Islands.

Identifying as ‘Discovery Cruises’, these itineraries have been specifically designed to include lesser frequented destinations, giving P&O Cruises guests unique experiences when sailing.

New features for 2025 among these programmes include a 16-night British Isles cruise, as well as a 16-night Norway and Scandinavia itinerary in July- both on Aurora.

All Arcadia and Aurora sailings will depart from Southampton between April and October.
