Cunard Announces Exclusive Partnership With Michel Roux

Cunard has revealed its exclusive partnership with two Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux, who is set to take the cruise line’s menus to the next level.

Working alongside Cunard’s culinary development chefs, Roux will create an exclusive gala menu for Queen Annes Queens Grill restaurant, plus a new menu for the ship’s onboard pub- the Golden Lion.

Launching onboard Queen Anne in May 2024, this exciting new menu will feature a refined selection of pub favourites, reimagined by chef Michel Roux himself. This will then be rolled out to the existing fleet later on next year.

“It is an absolute privilege to be working with Cunard’s hugely talented and passionate culinary development chefs as we countdown to the launch of their newest ship Queen Anne. For me, there is no better recipe than blending high quality ingredients with elegant execution to create unforgettable experiences for diners, and I am incredibly excited to showcase our elevated, reimagined pub classics to Cunard guests very soon.”

Furthermore, Cunard has revealed four additional dining experiences that will be available onboard Queen Anne, offering guests more choice than ever before.

Three of these original venues onboard the ship will be alternative evening dining options for guests, available as a supplement to complement the inclusive fare options offered for lunch or dinner in Tramonto and the Golden Lion pub.

These four additional dining experiences include…

Aji Wa

This new dining experience for Cunard takes guests on a journey through the rich spice flavours of India, with expertly curated menus.

Aranya is a multi-sensory experience, from vibrant flavours to luxurious restaurant interiors- including floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent dining views.

All steaks served up here will be of the highest quality, seared to perfection. Alongside the extensive beef options, a wide range of fish and seafood dishes will also be included on the menu- sourced responsibly to bring only the freshest flavours to the table.

Tramonto

Transporting guests to the sun-kissed Mediterranean shores, Tramonto will boast a menu bursting with fresh flavours, and the opportunity for guests to dine al-fresco.
