Have you ever stopped though to look at exactly how many calories are in your favourite tipple ? All the hard work you have done to shred those pounds could be damaged by a few drinks
What’s your favourite cocktail ? Mine is probably a strawberry daiquiri although I do like to sample the menu !!

Mai Tai – as much as 620 calories!
Frozen Margarita – anything from 500-700 calories!
Piña colada close to 600 calories
Mud Slide 556 calories!
Long Island Iced Tea – 430 calories at least! My husband’s favourite
Bahama Mama – 350 calories!
Sex on the Beach – 330 calories!
If you think of what our recommended calorie daily intake is ,just 4 cocktails and we are done !!
There are options though so if you don’t want to blow all your hard work then why not try an alternative with less calories ?
Mojito is only around 200 calories
If you still wanted a chocolate fix then try a chocolate martini coming in 100 calories less than the mudslide at 438
If you still fancy something creamy then try a White Russian 257 calories
Cosmopolitan comes in at only 213 calories
The winner goes to ” Tequila Sunrise ” only 170 calories !!!
I knew that cocktails wasn’t fat free but I am shocked about exactly how many calories are in them !
