SEAVIEW for the weekend……………….

Summer season is rapidly approching us and for those in the cruising world that means lots of sparkling new ships will hit our waters and this week i received the exciting news that I will be joining the BRAND NEW MSC Seaview for her christinening ceremony in Rome on 2nd June along with my colleague Emma.

We will we flying in just for the one night star studded ceremony and spending one night onboard 14th Addition to the fleet courtesy of MSC.

Historically international screen ledend Sophie Loren has been the godmother for all of MSC vessels, and we are waiting to see if this tradition will be following for the Seaview.

Identical to her sister ship “Seaside” the “Seaview” will hold 5119 guests in 2066 state of the art cabins. ONboard we will be be able to sample no less than 19 bars and 11 restaurants.

WIth activities such as zip lines, waterslides and much more I am very much looking forward to finding out all that this new beauty has to offer.

I have never sailed with MSC before only visited in dock for a ship visit i am looking forward to getting to know the new generation of ships which are blowing the socks of the like of RCCL and P&O at the moment.
