It’s back! Royal Caribbean to host another Zumba cruise.

Personally I like to take a relaxed approach to my holidays, I believe cruising is one of the best ways to take it easy and wind down whilst taking a well earned break. However if you prefer to work up a sweat and leap around like a maniac possessed, I have just the cruise for you!

Yes – the cruise where you spend your days doing dance-infused workouts is back. Global fitness company Zumba have announced it’s teaming with Royal Caribbean to hold a third official Zumba Cruise in early 2018.

The five-day sailing on Royal Caribbean’s 3,114-passenger Navigator of the Seas will kick off April 8, 2018 in Miami and feature daily themed classes led by 50 of the top Zumba instructors from around the world.

Accompanied by live music and DJs, the classes will include sessions led by Zumba creator Beto Perez. The offerings also will include specialty classes in Aqua Zumba and Zumba Toning, and passengers will be able to try Zumba’s new music-led HIIT workout, STRONG by Zumba.

Practiced by millions of people around the world, Zumba incorporates dance elements of hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

It appears there is plenty of interest in this kind of cruise as the first two Zumba cruises, which took place in January 2016 and April of this year, were sell-outs.

So come on, grab your lycra and let’s do this thing!

Bye for now.
