Cruise Line Announces End To All Single Supplements

July 13, 2015

In a shock move a cruise line has announced they’ll be waiving the single supplements on all of their future sailings!

Single supplements have left many solo-travellers out in the cold before but now AmaWaterways are seeing to it that no-one gets left behind.

AmaWaterways are the world’s leading river cruise line, offering sailings in Europe, Africa and Asia.

UK Sales Manager Natalia O’Mahoney feels this move will be a great way for single travellers to meet like-minded cruisers and see more of the world; “An AmaWaterways cruise is an excellent way for solo guests to travel. The ships’ varied daily itineraries ensure a once-only check-in, yet guests can explore a different destination every day, with complimentary guided tours and excursions included in the price.

“There’s no need to carry luggage around because optional transfers from airport to ship can be arranged. Free seating in the restaurants and an amiable atmosphere on board, with a maximum of 164 guests, ensures ample opportunity to make new friends, have good company during meals, and not have to navigate unfamiliar destinations alone; unless the guest should want to of course.”

The solo traveller programme is valid on a limited number of base category staterooms on every cruise – so solo-travellers should book their journey early to ensure getting the best price!

Solo travellers will be enjoying double rooms, made for two people, so there will be plenty of space to relax and enjoy the time there. The cabin also includes meals, wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner, complimentary tours and excursions, free use of bicycles and WiFi.

AmaWaterways have just made travelling easier than ever before for solo-cruisers – have you booked with AmaWaterways before?
