On selected cruiselines, (photo taken off Carnival Liberty) normally on the last formal night of the cruise the Midnight Buffet is unveiled.  This is after you have gorged yourself silly at the main seating dining.  The array of fine cuisines and sumptious desserts is to die for.  But is this tradition fizzling out or are the cruiselines cutting out the cost?  Are people being more health concious?
