This was our first MSC cruise and our first without children - thus we treated ourselves to the Yacht Club. Our first 8 cruises were with RCCL and were all excellent so it was with some trepidation that we tried NCL last year. Our fears were unfounded as we enjoyed certain aspects of the Breakaway and Getaway over the RCCL big ships. Therefore, reading multiple average MSC reviews before we went we had similar concerns about our first trip with them, but again we were glad we tried something different. The ship overall is not dissimilar to the Breakaway or Freedom class ships we are used to. The buffet was always busy at peak times, and yes the 'locals' can be a little less polite, but we...
