Wests adventures…

With it being half term this week I decided to take the week off and spend some quality time with the children. Leaving the husband at home I am taking the kids to Bluestones in Pembrokeshire.

I am really looking forward to this little break and have got lots of activities planned. I am going with my 2 friends and their children, so I am sure there will be plenty of laughs and maybe a few sore heads in the morning.

At the weekend my son was lucky enough to go down to Wembley to watch his beloved football team try to secure a place in the Premiership. Not the result he wished for as they lost one nil, but he had the most amazing day. He has wanted to go to Wembley for such a long time, so we couldn’t miss this opportunity. My husband and son both have season tickets for the Villa, so we could buy the tickets for Wembley ahead of the general public, we were so chuffed because we managed to buy the category 1 which are the preferred seats. They said the atmosphere was electric and even though he was gutted they didn’t win he still had a great day.

It was a busy weekend for my son because on the Sunday he also played a football tournament at St Andrews (yes a rival team)! His team didn’t win but again he had a great day and managed to get his football boot signed from one of his favourite youtuber Daniel Cutting.

I am hoping the weather will be on our side this week as the activities are all outdoors. Will let you know how it all went when I am back!!
