I am always being asked by customers why they cannot get a single occupancy on cruise ships even at the last minute, you would think the cruise lines would rather have one person in the cabin rather than it sailing empty ?
What about the people who like to travel together but may not like sharing, we all at some point in our lives cherish our privacy and would dearly like to keep our own bathrooms ! I for one would most definitely like my own space, ask anyone who has shared with me !!
NCL has the answer to both problems, they have single cabins on their larger ships, I have booked many on the EPIC and the prices are real ! An extra £20-30 pp and you can have a cabin all to yourself, they are all inside, but you would be out and about all the time anyway
Fantastic for groups as well, all the cabins are in the same area, there is even a meeting lounge/bar with swipe card access. I would gladly pay the extra and you ?
More of the cruise ships are waking up to this “single Cabin” option, it will interesting to see if their prices are as realistic as NCL
Have you found any ?
