Stacey’s Port Guides – Cozumel
It’s me again with my planning of my own cruise on the Oasis of the Seas in October. This week we are looking at the port of Cozumel in Mexico. Here are some trips below that we have looked at. Do you have any to add?
Underwater Oxygen Bar – From £33 per person – This is not just an oxygen bar, this is a fun filled underwater experience. Guests do not need to know how to swim or have any previous experience. Clear Lounge is the world’s 1st underwater oxygen bar. Using Sea TREK helmet diving technology, guests enter a freestanding aquarium and breathe invigorating oxygen, with a choice of natural aromatherapy scents while shooting bubble guns, playing the only underwater game of Jenga, & writing messages to each other and friends on the outside.
Buggy Tour, Mayan Ruins and Snorkel – From £75 per person – This is something to keep in mind while you`re visiting the beautiful island of Cozumel, you will enjoy: an original mayan site with great history, swimming in crystal clear Mexican Caribbean waters or Snorkel in one of the best reefs in Cozumel, sightseeing, trying the local cuisine with exquisite Mexican flavor.
Safari Bus Island Tour – From £49 per person – This shore excursion to the Mexican island of Cozumel will take you to a tequila factory where you can see how the drink is made (and sample a few of the different varieties!) before taking a trip across the island to a private beach with white sands and lounge chairs. Finally, you’ll visit El Cedral and its Mayan Ruins, which date back to 800 AD, before a spot of souvenir shopping.
