Navigator here we come…..

Tomorrow we’re heading down to Southampton to join the Navigator of the seas for a 7 night cruise, and it’s safe to say we are thoroughly looking forward to it. There’s myself and my partner Mark, his Son Ashley, partner Sam and their 3 children Maddison, Oliver and Phoebe. We’ve been on count down now for the last week and as we’ve just said on the phone only 1 more sleep.

It really nice for so many of my past passengers to wish us ‘Bon Voyage’ as it’s normally me doing the checklist to ensure you all have everything you need to travel including E-tickets, passports & insurance. I’m bound to have forgot something I’m sure.

I’ve never cruised with children before so it’s going to be a real new experience to see just how family friendly cruise ships really are, so I’ll be sure to note a few tips and trips along the way.

we’ve got 2 balcony cabins next door so me and Mark have already penciled ourselves in for baby sitting duties, I’ll be more than happy with a cheeky glass of wine on the balcony whilst the kids charge up their batteries for the following day.

Maddison is 7, Oliver 4 and Phoebe will be 2 when we are on board, so we’ve got a great age range to test out all the facilities and kids clubs on board.

This will also be my first time sailing with Royal Caribbean, and Ash, Sam and the children have never cruised before, so it’s going to be a lot of new experiences for everyone. We’re stopping at Le Harve, Vigo, and Lisbon.

Sam’s been keeping me updated with various facebook groups and forums she has joined, she even asked me questions I don’t know the answers too so I’ve also learnt a few things along the way .

I’l be back next Saturday armed with plenty of Royal Caribbean facts & tips so see you in a weeks time……
