Royal Caribbean Offers

We’ve all seen since the 01/08/14 the new offers that Royal Caribbean have brought out which are fantastic, Free All Inclusive, Free Gratuities, and Cruise.co.uk giving on Board credit and these have been selling really well. We all like a good bargain  and I think it’s brilliant that the cruise lines are bring drinks packages in, as a lot of people think the drink prices are high, so why wouldn’t you take  the cruise lines up on there offers and go all inclusive?

But as soon as these offers came out we’ve had some very unhappy customer’s and I know if I ‘d  have booked early then I wouldn’t be happy, Royal Caribbean are saying that customer that have already booked can’t get the free offers, when in some cases the cruise price is the same, now if they would have said that the customer could change to the new campaign, but they wouldn’t get to keep there cabin number or would have to just take what was left then I could understand but not to even offer them this new campaign I think it’s wrong, but that’s my opinion. What Royal Caribbean are saying is that customers would have to cancel and loose there deposit and then re-book, this as you can imagine hasn’t gone down very well.

What do you think is right do you as customer’s not book early just in case later on new offers and better offers come out or would customer’s still book early, I’m in to minds now if I would ever book early. What’s your thoughts I would love to hear if you think its right or wrong and what you will do in the future.
