Majesty of the seas Leaving Royal Caribbean

Royal Caribbean have announced that there ship  Majesty of the seas will stay with Royal Caribbean till April 2016, Majesty of the seas will do it’s last 3 Night sailing with Royal Caribbean on the 29/04/16 then it will go into dry dock then on to the Spanish cruise line pullmantur.

“Majesty of the Seas has created wonderful memories for millions of guests, and we expect this record of success to continue as she transitions to Pullmantur,” said Richard D. Fain, chairman and CEO of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. RCCL is the parent company of both Royal Caribbean International and Pullmantur.

The 2,350-passenger Majesty of the Seas was built in 1992, part of the Sovereign class of ships. Sister ships Sovereign of the Seas and Monarch of the Seas already belong to the Pullmantur fleet.

I think Royal Caribbean loosing the Majesty of the seas will be a real loss but a really good gain to Pullmantur and there customer’s as they will now be able to experience the Royal Caribbean ship experience. I think many customer’s will miss this size of ship and some people might even think that Royal Caribbean are bringing really big ships out and getting rid of there smaller ships.

What are your thoughts on this will you miss the Majesty and have you been on her and really liked her? let me have your thoughts on this.
