Late Deals

Many people like a good deal,  I do and I certainly don’t like getting ripped off.

So when it comes to booking your cruise, do you book early and get the cabin you want and the dining that you like or do you book late and get the cheapest price and take pot look with you cabin and dining request? I have many customer’s asking me what is the best thing to do, but I’m the same I don’t know.

Now if I really wanted to go on that ship and on that date then I would have to book early, but like anyone I would hate to pay the full amount and then find out its come down to half the price. Now should cruise companies really do this pricing structure? especially P&O who do the normal fare which you get to pick your cabin number and dining preference, and then they do a early saver or a saver fare that the price is nearly half the price on some sailing dates, but you don’t get to pick your cabin or meal times? Do you think this is right?

Why can’t any company just keep the prices the same? Do you think this is right?

We’ve just had a special offer on the Ventura with £500.00 off per person on a balcony cabin, don’t get me wrong it’s a fantastic offer and it sold really fast but what about them customer’s that booked early and paid the full price for this. Don’t think they would be very happy I know I wouldn’t. I think that companies especially holiday companies should let customer’s change there holiday if the price comes down, so if you booked a cruise on a full fare and picked your cabin number and picked your dining time but then an early saver fare came out but you lost all your offers then you should be allowed to change this and get the cheaper price with no offers. Many people wouldn’t want to do this because they like to know there cabin number and they only want to do that time of dining, but that’s there choice some people on the other hand don’t mind not knowing and would prefer the cheaper price.

What’s your thoughts  on this would you like a cheaper price and no offers? or would you prefer to know your cabin number and dining time and pay more?

Please tell me your thoughts on this.
